Developing a team with "Pride and Passion"
Workshop length: Half day
We start by exploring the major differences between a traditional working group, full of over dependent or independent 'kick starters' and an effective team made up of inter-dependent 'self-starters.'
We then explore what we are doing well as a team and in which areas we could improve. We complete the workshop by discussing pride and passion.
